Clubhouse and facilities

In 1984, the club made the decision to purchase our own playing pitch and the current site in Ballygarrett was bought. From the initial purchase right through to today, the pitch and clubhouse committee have worked hard and have developed it into one of the finest grounds in the county. We currently have two Realt Na Mara Clubhouse IN Ballygarrett, Co. Wexford.pitches with surfaces to rival those anywhere in the county if not the country. Our smaller, roadside pitch ahs recently ahd floodlighting installed, allowing for night training and evening matches. This allows us to extend our training season and offer sporting facilities to the community on an almost year round basis.

Our clubhouse boasts changing rooms, showers, toilet facilities, meeting rooms and a large hall which has been used over the years for a range of activities within the community. It has featured as the venue for school plays, trophy and medal presentations, homecoming venue for our championship winnnig teams, recitals and concert's by local musicians and musical groups as well as a meeting and training venue for our own club members. There are currently plans being drawn up to evaluate the need and proposals for the extension and renovation of this vital community and club facility.
